Metamorphosis

Metamorphosis was an app prototype developed for MIT’s 2021 Hack for Inclusion. The mandate was to create a tool to match employers and employees based on their alignment with company values and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) metrics.

With input from teammates on what features they thought would be helpful in such a service, I designed and pitched a dating-style app within the 18-hour hackathon timeframe which would allow users to answer values-based questions and view the areas in which they align with potential employers.
